1st March 08...

Went there early to watch Body Attack... kinda interesting, but i didn't join the masterclass.... so i sat there snap some photos using my digital camera... it's not that clear but... better than nothing ;p

BodyStep/Body Attack sifu got the opportunity to shadow the last track...cool yoh

The rest i didn't snap any photos... either i was out eating or working myself out in the master class... hehehe...

Joined 4 classes!!! Body Combat, Body Vive, Body Jam & Body Balance...I can tell you, the next day, whole body pain.. bleh... so wanted to sleep the whole day but i have 2 classes to teach back2back... luckily my classes are not in the morning otherwise i would have dragged myself out of the bed... kakaka... so blur case at that time i tell u! but luckily i didn't screw up my chorey... kakaka...

Anyways... Combat - killer!, Vive - entertaining & a bit killer, Jam - WHOA!! & Balance - ouch ouch ouch! ;p
